Getting started
  1. Buy a plugin and download the ZIP from My Account.
  2. WP Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  3. Activate and follow the plugin setup screen (or docs link on the product page).
Tip: If pages show 404, go to Settings → Permalinks → Save.
Keys & integrations
  • Enable SSL (https) for secure checkout and webhooks.
  • Add any required API keys (Maps, SMS, Email provider) in the plugin settings.
  • If using Stripe subscriptions, set webhooks and test in “test mode” first.
Updates
  • Monthly plans: updates while the subscription is active.
  • One‑time purchases: security fixes where possible + guidance on upgrades.
  • Always backup your site before updating.

Troubleshooting checklist
  • Permalinks: Settings → Permalinks → Save.
  • Cache: purge after installing/updating plugins.
  • Conflicts: temporarily disable other plugins and re-test.
  • Logs: check WP debug log / server error log for messages.
