Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of digital products sold by Popular Companies (“we”, “us”), including plugin ZIP downloads and subscription access. By purchasing, downloading, or using a product, you agree to these Terms, our License, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Not legal advice. These terms are provided as a practical template. If you sell to consumers in multiple countries, you may need jurisdiction‑specific terms.

Orders & delivery

  • Digital delivery: Products are delivered electronically (download links, account access, invoices).
  • Account access: We use passwordless “magic links” sent to your purchase email. Keep those links private.
  • Taxes/VAT: If you provide a tax/VAT ID, we store it with the order for invoicing.
  • Payment processing: If enabled, payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store full card details on this site.

Licenses & intellectual property

Purchases grant you a license to use the product under our License. All intellectual property rights remain with Popular Companies and/or our licensors. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share product files or license keys.

Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime via your Account (or Stripe billing portal if enabled).
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Support

Support coverage and update eligibility are explained on Support & Updates. Custom development, extensive styling, or third‑party conflicts may require paid assistance.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. For digital products, consumer cancellation rules may differ by country. Where applicable (for example UK/EU), cancellation rights for digital downloads can end once delivery or downloading begins if the customer expressly requests immediate supply and acknowledges that effect.

  • Products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • We don’t guarantee that a product will be compatible with every theme, plugin, or hosting environment.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Popular Companies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruption.
