Our products are digital downloads (plugin ZIP files) and may include subscription access.
Refund window
Refund requests should be submitted within the stated window (7‑day money‑back guarantee) unless a product page states otherwise.
Eligible reasons
- Non‑delivery (you cannot access your download after payment and we cannot resolve it).
- A reproducible defect that prevents core functionality, and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time.
- Material mismatch between the product description and what was delivered.
Not eligible
- Change of mind after receiving access to the digital download.
- Incompatibility with a theme/plugin/hosting environment not listed in the product requirements.
- Third‑party conflicts outside the product’s scope.
- Requests involving license abuse, fraud, or chargeback threats.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically remains active until the end of the current billing period. Charges already processed are generally non‑refundable unless required by law or approved case‑by‑case.
UK/EU digital content note
If you’re in the UK/EU: consumer rules can provide a 14‑day cancellation right for online purchases, with a specific exception for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Where the customer expressly requests immediate supply and acknowledges that cancellation rights may be lost once supply/download begins, the right to cancel can end once performance begins.
